Black Duck highlights Pan-Atlantic bistro fare. Our upscale
seafood menu draws on Asian influences, with European hints
and American helpings. One of our specialties includes Espresso
Rubbed Filet Mignon with roasted garlic mashed potato and wilted
spinach. Another favorite is our Sesame Crusted Wasabi Tuna
served with Japanese rice and ginger emulsion. Our famous Jumbo
Lump Crab and Rock Shrimp Cake is served over caper remoulade
and green apple salad.
